Dalia Macaron is the Founder and Managing Director of Peeps Events, an international event management company headquartered in Dubai. Known for her determination, visionary mindset, and exceptional communication skills, Dalia has built a reputation as a dynamic leader capable of transforming ambitious ideas into world-class experiences. Dalia began her academic journey in engineering and later pursued her Master’s degree in the United Kingdom. Even as a student, her entrepreneurial ambition was unmistakable; everyone around her knew she was destined to create a company of her own. Her career started in the UAE, followed by more than a decade in managerial roles with USAID, where she worked across diverse sectors and strengthened her leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills. Yet, Dalia always held a deep passion for the world of events. Her dream was to build an international events agency that would bring people together, create memorable moments, and celebrate artistry on a global scale. In 2023, she took the decisive step and founded Peeps Events in Dubai named with the powerful belief that “events without people simply cannot happen.” The first year came with challenges, as Dalia worked tirelessly to promote her company and introduce its services to new clients. Her perseverance was rewarded when her lifelong dream came true by organizing the first event for the megastar Elissa. The first major event took place in January 2024, marking a milestone that propelled Peeps Events onto the international stage. Since then, the company has expanded rapidly, managing successful events such as Concerts, Weddings, Corporate Events across UAE, Canada , Cyprus, Oman and Lebanon and beyond collaborating with top-tier artists and continually entering new markets such as Australia, USA, Kuwait, Iraq and Libya. Dalia’s success is built on three unwavering values: exceptional communication, credibility, and professionalism. These principles have earned her the trust of Class-A artists, global partners, and an ever-growing international audience.
